In every business, trade-offs exists and decisions needs to be taken. During this Master programme, the students will analyze how these decisions influence the labour market in close cooperation with firms, educational practitioners and education policy-makers.
Based on this analysis, the students zoom into how they can provide the flexibility that is needed to cope with ongoing changes in the labour market and society.
